Does my child qualify?
If your child has a trach or ventilator, a feeding tube, seizures, or medication that needs managing through the day or overnight, home nursing is usually the right conversation. How many hours are approved comes from an assessment, not from us.
Will Medicaid pay for it?
Often yes, through STAR Kids, and sometimes MDCP waiver services on top. We also take commercial insurance and private pay. Every plan differs, so we will look at your situation before promising anything.
How soon can you start?
Once we have physician orders and your insurance details, a nurse visits to meet your child. After that it depends on matching the right clinician to your hours. We will give you a real timeline, and tell you if we cannot staff your case.
Who is coming into my house?
Every clinician is licence verified with the Texas Board of Nursing, background checked, skills assessed, and supervised after placement. If the match is not working, ask for a different nurse.
